Jon Fox, Director & Chief Executive Officer
Jon has been working within the live events and digital media arena for over fifteen years. His wide-ranging knowledge and hands-on experience in the fast-developing digital sector is instrumental in the continuing development of AVT Connect's impressive 'full service' live & digital portfolio.
This development has resulted in growth, expansion and the strengthening of AVT Connect's position as a market leading live and digital communications agency. Robin St Clair Jones, Chairman
Robin began his career working with the Conservative and Labour Parties, managing events & designing stage sets for their annual conferences. He now has over 25 years' experience in all aspects of national and international live events, making him one of the events industries most knowledgeable producers.
His hands-on management style and leadership have produced a close-knit, smooth-running, capable team that delivers every time. Some of the many clients that Robin has worked with include: T-Mobile, CIPFA, Credit Suisse, Reader's Digest, Global Radio, BAA Gatwick, ACC Liverpool and Vodafone.

Peter Orpen, Director & Chief Operations Officer
Peter is a company founder and his industry experience spans over 25 years, covering every aspect of AVT Connect's business. As well as heading up the organisation and the Board of Directors, Peter retains client facing responsibilities, most especially with ensuring quality throughout the business.
An integral part of the management team, Peter works closely with internal staff at all levels in order to unlock value from existing programmes and projects. From AVT Connect's Brighton HQ he deals with a variety of clients to develop and enhance their business communications and strategic planning.

Tey Mossadeghi, Head of Live Events
Tey has been involved in technical production for the corporate events sector since his late teens and cut his teeth delivering European road shows for Apple while studying for a BA Hons in Event Management. His pharma sector work led him to consult on conferences and investigator meetings across the world.
A specialist in global event logistics, Tey is an enthusiastic exponent of face to face events & the 'hybrid' meeting model adopted by organisations needing to reduce costs and environmental impact with a mixture of live & virtual meetings. Clients Tey has worked for include Servier, Mitsubishi & MDS Pharma.

Sharma Hadrill, Senior Account Manager
Sharma has worked in live events and digital communications for 20 years, gaining valuable insights into what makes a successful production. Highly adept at gauging & interpreting differing client requirements, Sharma develops and then implements live and digital projects that stand out from the rest.
Extensive experience in producing videos, webcasts, awards and conferences for a wide range of clients makes Sharma an ideal Account Manager for those looking for an integrated response to their communications needs. Clients include Citizens Advice, Midnight Communications, GFP and VisitBrighton.

Becky Deo, Senior Account Manager
Becky has been a key member of the AVT Connect team for six years. With boundless enthusiasm and determination, she throws herself wholeheartedly into every project and makes sure it not only gets done, but done right. Becky will be with you every step of the way, from concept to delivery.
The ability to quickly grasp what is required and how to best provide it has resulted in Becky managing a variety of different clients and projects throughout the UK and abroad. These include Southern Railway, London First, FE Sussex, CISI (Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment) and a variety of PCOs.

Nick Coombs, Production Co-ordinator
Coming to AVT Connect from a video production background, Nick has great organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The first port of call for new video enquiries, he strives to deliver high quality productions every time and is a creative, resourceful and tenacious member of the team.
Since starting two years ago, Nick has travelled and worked both nationally and internationally. Adding to AVT Connect's wide breadth of experience he has overseen and delivered outstanding video and DVD productions for clients such as BUPA International, Rolls-Royce and Global Action Plan.

Steve Affleck, Marketing & Communications Manager
Steve has worked in the Marcomms arena for fifteen years. He began his career at TVP Videodubbing in Soho before moving onto the British Red Cross where he delivered campaigns for their Commercial Training Division, assisting clients such as Goldman Sachs with bespoke training solutions.
With varied cross-sector experience he has the ideal background to target organisations who can benefit from AVT Connect's live & digital capabilities. Steve represents the company at industry and networking events, recently bringing in new accounts with event organisers, medcomms & PR agencies and MBOs.
